Lakeview Manor
This position is located at Lakeview Manor in Beaverton, Ontario.
Registered Nurse
The incumbent will:
– Assess the individual nursing care needs of residents in the Home
– Coordinate the development and ongoing evaluation of resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team
– Plan, supervise and coordinate the work of Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers
$41.04 to $55.46 per hour

Required skills:
The successful applicant will possess:
- A current Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse
- Related experience in a geriatric or Long Term Care environment is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of and compliance with safe work practices
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to follow both oral and written instructions
- Demonstrated empathy, concern and interest in providing quality care and service for residents
- Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the job
The successful candidate will be required to provide a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check dated within two (2) months from date of hire. Additionally, tuberculosis screening will be required in accordance with the FLTC Act (O.Reg. 246/22). Proof of education, qualifications and any other job bona fide requirements will also be collected.
