Job Description:
Position: Registered Massage Therapist at Clarington Total Wellness
Pay: Competitive split (70%)
Start Date: ASAP
Hours of work: Full or Part-Time available

Responsibilities:
Providing hands-on manipulation to the body’s tissues including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints, to help decrease pain and improve mobility.
Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning
Working collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals at your clinic
Utilizing e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations
Qualifications:
Must be licensed with RMTAO
Carry professional liability insurance
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with other health professionals

About Clarington Total Wellness:
We are a multidisciplinary office (massage, chiropractic, and psychotherapy) located downtown Bowmanville. We’re staffed with passionate, and experienced practitioners working together to deliver the best quality of healthcare in a way that makes clientele and staff feel like family. We are currently looking to expand our team and are seeking another Registered Massage Therapist.
What we offer at Clarington Total Wellness:
Stress-free work environment. Our administration staff will do all the backend work (ie) patient recruiting, scheduling, patient inquiries, billings, laundry, and many other tasks so you can focus on treating your patients.
Treatment Rooms and Tables: each massage room is equipped with an electric table, heating pad, speaker, massage linens and lotions, and a tablet.
Electronic Medical Record: Janeapp is a combined system for documentation and scheduling. This cloud-based system allows for charting at the clinic or remotely and assists in maintaining proper patient documentation. Training on the system can be provided.
Patient referrals from within the clinic allowing a full schedule very quickly
