Job Description:

We are looking to fill an open position for a Receptionist / Administrator. The role would be full-time, approximately 30-37hrs per week (TBD).

Responsibilities include:
• Smooth operation and coordination of all front desk operations including greeting clients and managing switchboard
• Develop excellent client and relationships, fostering a positive client experience
• Process accurate order entries, master spreadsheet and Trello updates
• Bank deposits, mail processing (incl. mass mailing) and shipping and receiving
• Independently manage orders directly with clients
• Communicate effectively with management and production team, informing and updating regularly to ensure customer objective are met
• Prepare presentations, create proposals, quotes and purchase orders
• Accurate invoice processing
• Prepare clear and accurate order (docket) requests
• Provide excellent customer service maintaining good communication with clients
• Actively learn the business and develop a strong career within our organization
• Participate as a team player
• All other duties as assigned
