Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the assignment workflow and providing outstanding and efficient customer service to our clients . This position requires *excellent communication skills, *strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with Clients and the Appraiser team to assist the Business overall operations. MUST be comfortable talking on the phone.
SUMMARY OF ACCOUNTABILITY
1. Inbound telephone calls & email inquiries during business hours (voicemail avoidance). Answer questions. Reply promptly to inquiries and customer service requests (same day)
2. Assignment quotations: Draft Engagement Letters based on data mining and research for Subject properties
3. Coordinate and manage the project/assignment process and workflow. Populate Appraiser files. Invoice/monitor payment. Track Assignment progress for ongoing updates to the clients.
4. Administrative Report Reviews for all Reports.
5. Follow up outstanding quotations, proposals
6. Marketing campaign support, Social Media posts

Required skills:
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – particularly formatting tools in Word and basic Excel charts/calculations
• Above average* English for professional communication, oral and written – grammar for Report administrative reviews
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and conciseness. Perfectionism, as a personality trait, is desirable.
