Ability to prepare food in large quantities for timed service
Attention to detail, flavour and plating is essential
Ability to prepare high quality meals using fresh ingredients
Work in conjunction with the Chef/Kitchen Manager to control costs, food waste and quality.
Lead the dietary team when KM is not present.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
10 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
cooking: 2 years (required)
Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (required)
