Overview:
If you are friendly, energetic, and have a “no problem” attitude that makes customers feel welcome, then this may be the job for you! In this position, you are responsible for delivering excellent service to every customer – whether you are processing purchases, returns, exchanges, or general inquiries. You love to multitask and handle duties such as answering phone calls, completing transactions, as well as administrative tasks assigned by the various departments within the company. You will need to possess good math skills and have the ability to keep a balanced till.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service and cash handling experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build trust and rapport
- Positive work attitude
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good math and problem solving skills
- Must be able to work a few days in the week and Saturdays
