Job Description:
1 full time position available. Seasonal position April to mid December. As a driver/landscape crew member you will assist with the delivery/planting of product to our customers and our jobsites. You will also assist with landscaping on jobsites. Landscaping experience is an asset. Valid AR Class licence is essential, and must provide clear drivers abstract. Must be able to lift weight up to 50 lbs. Operate and drive 5500 trucks, and dump trailers. Must be willing/able to load and unload all material/plants required for customer deliveries. This also includes planting potted or large wire basket trees/shrubs, and landscaping at job sites. Must have experience with Loaders, Skid Steers or Forklifts. Installation of pavers and natural stone (armour stone). Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo. Must be knowledgeable about load weights. Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection, and oversee all aspects of vehicle. Must wear steel-toed safety boots and have own transportation to Greenbank, Ontario. Must have attention to detail. Must have effective interpersonal skills and flexibility. Must be a team player. Excellent oral and written communication, judgement and reliability.
