We are a fast-growing commercial and residential exterior cleaning company specializing in power washing, soft washing, and exterior window cleaning. We are currently hiring motivated individuals to join our team with a clear path to becoming Lead Technicians running their own crew (truck & trailer).
This is a hands-on, physically active role designed for individuals who want more than a job — we are building future crew leaders.

Pay & Advancement
Training / Technician in Training: $19–$21/hour
Lead Technician: $23–$25/hour
Performance-based pay with job-based commission opportunities
Advancement based on performance, reliability, leadership, and skill development
Key Responsibilities
Operate pressure washer and soft wash equipment safely and effectively
Clean sidewalks, parking garages, buildings, and exterior surfaces
Pressure wash mobile and fixed equipment
Apply degreasers and cleaning chemicals according to label and company standards
Inspect, clean, and maintain all equipment to ensure proper operation
Keep tools and machinery in good working condition
Clean up debris, rubble, and waste materials from job sites
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA-equivalent safety practices
Wear and properly use required PPE at all times
Maintain assigned work schedules
Willingness to cross-train, assist teammates
Schedule & Work Environment
Outdoor work in all weather conditions
Day, night, weekend shift when required (Typically Mon to Fri)
Fast-paced, production-driven environment
Commercial night work is common
Requirements (Must Have)
Valid G-class driver’s license
Experience towing trailers
Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and after hours
Ability to lift at least 35 lbs
Reliable transportation to and from work
Strong attendance, punctuality, and dependability
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with pressure washing, exterior cleaning, construction, or trades
Mechanical aptitude or equipment maintenance experience
Leadership, foreman, or crew supervision experience
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong time-management skills
Safety & Physical Requirements
Required to wear appropriate PPE
Exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, and elevated noise levels
Ability to safely operate equipment and safety devices
Ability to meet physical, mental, and environmental job demands
Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
