Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Take dine-in and take-out orders accurately
- Package food carefully for take-out orders
- Ensure orders are complete, labelled, and presented properly
- Serve meals and beverages promptly and accurately
- Answer basic questions about menu items
- Process payments using the POS system
- Keep tables and dining areas clean and organized
- Work with kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders
Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience is an asset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Smart Serve certification required
