Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT & Telecom Specialist to join our team, supporting complex IT and telecom infrastructures in the airline and airport sector. This role is hands-on, highly technical, and requires the ability to deliver under pressure while maintaining operational excellence in critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and optimize airline and airport IT systems, including Reservation Systems (RS) and Departure Control Systems (DCS).
• Integrate, migrate, and maintain legacy airport systems, ensuring seamless operation with modern platforms.
• Manage and support network technologies (LAN, WAN, VSAT) for reliable global connectivity.
• Ensure operational efficiency and reliability across IT and telecom systems in the airport sector.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues in high-pressure, time-sensitive airport environments.
• Adapt to extensive international travel requirements, staying productive and efficient on the move.

Qualifications & Skills
• Proven hands-on experience with airline/airport IT systems (RS, DCS).
• Strong knowledge of legacy system integration and modernization projects.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain operational resilience in critical airport environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Willingness to travel internationally and the ability to remain productive.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada and travel internationally.
