Job Description:
• Assist Clients with daily activities such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Monitor and document client’s progress, behaviour, and changes in health status
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure a comprehensive care
plan for clients
• Handle emergency situations with complete calm and care for individual needs.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety protocols

Required skills:
. Minimum 9 months experience working in a long term care or Retirement setting is required
. Successful completion of the Personal Service Worker (PSW) certificate program
. Successful completion of Medical Pharmacology certificate is required
. COVID passport with QR showing at least 2 doses of the vaccine is required
. Vulnerable Sector Check and 2-step TB or chest x-ray within 6 months is required
. Immunization records (MMR, Varicella, tDap. Hepatitis B an asset)
. Current N95 and CPR certificates
