Greet guests, take orders and send orders to kitchen. Clear tables, deliver bills and ensure correct payment. Monitor section and help others to ensure a high level of service that is efficient, safe, friendly and courteous. Display knowledge of menu items, wine lists and bar drinks. Prepare condiments and menus in preparation of service.
