Job Description:
We are looking for long term employees whom wish to learn the Industrial Painter trade. Work involves surface preparation of steel structures by use of sandblasting or power tools and application of paints and coatings by brush, roller and spray application.
Work sites Bridges, Power Plants, Shop (Uxbridge), Tanks and Manufacturing Plants. GTA area and beyond.
Industrial Painter Apprenticeship once completed can become a C of Q 404D Industrial Painter Journeyman with Full Pension and Health and Welfare Benefits.

Additional Pay Information
Persons new to the trade will follow Apprentices Wage Schedule
1-1000 hrs - $ 22 per hour (Overtime after 40 hrs); 1001 hrs to 2000 hrs - ADD Health and Welfare Benefits
2001 - 4000 hrs $ 26.31 per hour & 10% Vacation Pay
4001 - 6000 hrs $ 26.31 - Health and Welfare & 10 % Vacation Pay
6001 + Un-Certified Journeyman $35.37 per hour + Pension $ 4.15 + Health and Welfare Benefits + 10% Vacation
Apprentice Training School Required After Year 1.
