Duties: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, Participate in marketing plans and implementation, Address customers’ complaints or concerns, Recruit, train and supervise staff, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Assign sales workers to duties, Sell merchandise, Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Establish work schedules
