Job Description:

JOB OVERVIEW

The role of the Reception/Customer Service is to answer and direct phone calls and to ensure that customers are greeted and served in a friendly, professional manner and to assist production and sales staff.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent telephone and reception manner
  • Outstanding customer service and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Efficient computer skills

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Answer incoming calls and greet customers
  • Manage emails from both customers and suppliers
  • Filing
  • Place and receive orders from suppliers
  • Prepare customer quotes
  • Manage front lobby 
  • Process customer payments
  • Must be available Monday to Friday from 9am – 1pm (subject to change)
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and procedures
  • Other duties, as required

COMPENSATION:

  • Basic starting hourly wage with semi-annual increases based on performance
