Job Description:

We are currently searching for a talented individual that shares our corporate values and beliefs to fill immediate full-time requirements as a Quality Assurance Inspector in our Uxbridge, Ontario facility.
What You Will Do In Your Role
.Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines, policies and procedures
.Safe setup parts for inspection to the latest drawings
.Inspect parts / equipment at set-up stage as per applicable ISO procedures to the latest drawings and ensure that jobs are completed on time
.Prepare detailed inspection reports.
.Document all Non-Conformances in the system.
.Help investigate Non-Conformance parts / equipment to determine rot cause and recommend corrective actions
.Work with third party inspectors for outside inspections
.Work pro-actively with fabrication to improve quality in the manufacturing stage
.Flexible, adaptable, ability to work overtime
.Able to use hand tool such as grinder and impact guns
.Able to operate lift trucks and overhead cranes
.Able to lift up to 50lbs

.Experience inspecting fabricated and welding parts
.Ability to read drawings, blueprints and layout fabricated parts as per drawing
.Ability to handle multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
.Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
.Secondary school certification. Diploma in any field preferred
What Will Put You Ahead
.Ability to safely operate lifting equipment
.Valid driver's license
