Responsibilities include:
• Provide direct front line support to the Personal Conditioning Centre; assist members/users as needed
• Ensure a safe and clean environment, in the Personal Conditioning Centre, is maintained at all times with enforcement of all facility policies, rules and regulations
• Be knowledgeable and informed about Personal Conditioning Centre equipment/protocols as well as YMCA Programs and Services

• Experience in customer service orientation
• Experience in fitness and health industry
• Current Standard First Aid/CPR “C” required
• Police Vulnerable Sector Check required prior to first day of work
• Well developed interpersonal and relationship building skills; ability to establish rapport and excellent communica-tion with members, staff and volunteers
• Ability to work flexible hours including early morning, weeknights and weekends
