Job Description:

This position is an office manager for a busy integrative health clinic. We are looking for someone who is able to manage many tasks, stay organized, and be supportive to the many patients and our healthcare practitioners. The job requires team work (working with other administrators), also it can be a fast paced environment so efficiency is a must. It’s a fun place to work in that we are a team atmosphere.

Required skills:

$20-24 dollars an hour
Experience and Knowledge of Quickbooks and bookkeeping
Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel
Experience with computers and technologically savvy
Experience with Customer Service
Experience with Electronic Medical Records a plus (we currently use Jane App)
Experience in Billing / Insurance billing
Experience in a medical office an asset
Be flexible with hours (some evenings till 6:30, some Saturdays)
Be able to support and organize a team of eight or more alternative health care professionals and staff
Contract Management
Light cleaning, and laundry duties
Inventory Management and work with vendors
Handling cash- cash box, deposits
