Job Description:
To unpack, test, repair, clean and repackage electronic gaming consoles and accessories in the fastest, safest and most efficient manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Unpackage product
· Visually inspects product for obvious defects
· Testing product to ensure full functionality
· Replace defective or worn components
· Perform final test to ensure customer complaint is addressed and repaired as required
· Operate standard testing devices and handheld electric tools
· Performs manual packaging including making boxes, and inserting completed product into box and packers
· Follows safe work practices
· Keeps work area clean and tidy on an ongoing basis
Physical & Working conditions
· Stand and sit for extended periods of time
· Ability to lift, push, pull and/or move up to 40 lbs

Required skills:
Minimum high school diploma
Excellent hand and finger dexterity and eye/hand coordination
Ability to pay close attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Basic computer knowledge to do
data entry (Internet, Excel, and Word knowledge is preferred)
Manufacturing experience considered an asset
