Job Description:
Looking for a reliable and motivated individual for a landscape construction position
Job Duties:
● Moving material on site
● Help with installation of various products such as interlock, woodworking, plant material etc.
● Comfortable learning new skills such as power tools and heavy equipment
Requirements:
● High school diploma, GED or equivalent
● Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
● Time management skills
Work Conditions:
● Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire shift
● Ability to work in a fast paced environment
● Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
● Flexible working hours including occasional weekend work
Schedule:
10 hour shift
Ability to commute:
Durham, ON: able to reliably commute(accommodations can be discussed)
Experience:
landscape construction: 1 year (preferred)
Language: English
Work Location: various sites throughout the season
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 9 months
Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
French not required
