Job Description:

Part time to full time minimum 20-25 hours a week- Customer Service, Cash & Stock.

We are a family owned business that has been in operation in Durham Region for the last two decades. We are now hiring for Part time positions for team member with potential to grow within the company.

Capable team members who meet the following criteria:

-Proven experience in sales/customer service/stock with minimum 2-3 years experience, strong preference given to those with multi-year experience in one location.

-Proven leadership skills and experience with managerial responsibilities including but not limited to: Opening/Closing responsibilities including proper Cash management and paperwork, and provide excellent customer service, ensuring high standards of merchandising are maintained, motivate team members to work together to develop a winning team focused on inventory control, sales and merchandising. Seeking and acting on feedback and learns through experience.

-Takes initiative to proactively address critical issues, and help provide solutions.

-Effective Time management and strong organizational skills

-Ability to work in a physical environment. We bend, we lift, we are moving all day restocking shelves and receiving new stock and getting it out on the floor. Everyone in our environment does everything, you will NOT stand at a till all day. We go in the freezer, and we go in the cooler, we count stock, we load carts. You must be able to lift boxes weighing 30 lbs. If this doesn’t sound appealing to you, this position would not be the right fit for you!

-Above all else we are seeking candidates who have flexibility and demonstrate willingness to help out when needed and do what needs to be done while maintaining a positive attitude and setting a great example.
