Answer the calls into our busy Home Care Sleep Management business and greet patients facilitating communication and action with respect to their clinical well-being and their equipment needs.

- Answer and directs calls
- Book appointments
- Troubleshoot problems of an administrative and clinical nature
- Take orders for product .invoice product
- Direct patient interaction in-store for invoicing and product needs
