Job Description:

Answer the calls into our busy Home Care Sleep Management business and greet patients facilitating communication and action with respect to their clinical well-being and their equipment needs.
We are seeking energetic individual(s) with excellent customer service who are interested in helping our business grow. Needed, motivated self-starter with an excellent work ethic who will thrive in a fast-paced environment where the ability to multi-task is a must. Key Duties:

  • Answer and directs calls
  • Book appointments
  • Troubleshoot problems of an administrative and clinical nature
  • Take orders for product .invoice product
  • Direct patient interaction in-store for invoicing and product needs
