We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to help with daily tasks, document management and office support.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Virtual/Port Hope

Type: Part-Time Contract (apprx 10 – 15hrs per week) to begin with potential to become full-time. Must be able to invoice BV&Co. Inc. for hours worked to start, will be moved to payroll within next 3 months.

Compensation: $18 – $20/hr based on experience

Job Description: As the Administrative Assistant, reporting direclty to the Operations Manager your role will be to complete day to day tasks for the business such as:
– Co-ordinate meetings between the founders, business partners and investors
– Track, file and enter receipts and expenses
– Track daily tasks and provide updates in Monday.com
– Prepare various types of documentation (agreements, statements, receipts etc.) statements and facilitate signing of or acknowledgement of those documents
– Source promotional items
– Document management
– Manage email communications through our general inbox

Qualifications:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Diploma in Office Administrator program is an asset
- Experience in Real Estate an asset
- Valie G Driver license and vehicle
- Proficient with MS Office Suite of products
- Experience using Docusign
- Experience using Quickbooks
- Access to a printer and scanner
- Experience with bookkeeping (managing receipts, tracking expenses etc.)
- Experience with Monday.com an asset
- Must be willing to work 1 day per week at head office located in Port Hope
- Must provide own technology i.e. laptop and cell phone
