Canada Summer jobs- must be a post secondary student or have just finished degree/certificate this April and must be legally entitled to work in Canada. You will be going to residential and commercial job site and assisting with the installation of various audio and video components. Running wire, drilling holes, and hooking systems up to networks.

Experience: No experience is necessary, but a familiarity with tools is a plus, and any experience working in construction or with electronics is a plus.
Education Requirements: This is a Canada Summer Jobs funded job posting. Applicant MUST be a current student attending post secondary education in Canada, or have just finished your post secondary in April 2017, and be legally allowed to work in Canada.
Attending a course that is in the field of electronics, audio video or construction is preferred but not mandatory as long as you can demonstrate the required skills with tools necessary for the job.
Credentials (certificates, licenses, courses, etc.): NO certificates are necessary but working at heights certificate is a plus, as is WHIMIS.
Work Settings/Conditions: You will be working at multiple locations, homes, offices, construction sites, sometimes even schools which will require a criminal record check with vulnerable sector.
Essential Skills: able to use common tools, drills, hammer, screwdrivers, wire strippers and drywall saws, to name a few.
Additional Skills: Able to work in a team and independently, courteous manner, punctual.
Weight Handling: Will need to be able to support the weight of large TVs (80" up to 150lbs) while mounting on walls along with another person (75 lbs each)
English language required
Other:Must be able to get transportation to job sites on your own, sometimes there may be the opportunity to carpool.
